OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Applying for a new job is exciting but also daunting, especially if you don’t know what will happen next.
Our established recruitment process helps us assess your suitability for the role and enables you to find out all you need to know about us.
Thank you! We will review your application and get back to you as soon as possible, normally within days, but certainly within 1-2 weeks.
A relaxed 15-20 minute online call where we ask a few set questions to learn more about your skills and career motivations. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have about us, our culture and the role.
You’ll be invited to complete an online assessment, but there’s no need to worry. It will help you to understand some of the tasks required of the role, and your results help us to assess your level of practical knowledge.
This will take place at one of our offices and usually with your direct line manager and members of the senior management team. We want to get to know you a little better and ask you further questions about your experience and aspirations. This is also a further opportunity to ask us anything you need to know about the company, our culture and the role.

We founded The DPO Centre DPO Academy to offer a unique training opportunity for successful candidates to launch a career in data protection.
The privacy world is ever-changing and future data protection professionals must be well-equipped to navigate the complexities.
The DPO Centre DPO Academy’s 12-month programme is suitable for law or business graduates and those in a compliance role looking to reskill.
