The DPO Centre’s Impact Assessment Process is a proven, structured process to build a GDPR compliance action plan. Working closely with you, on site, our experienced Data Protection Officers will first help you understand and map the categories of personal data you hold as well as how and where you hold them. They’ll review your systems and processes to identify the changes needed to meet the GDPR and they’ll review your documentation and policies whilst drafting new ones as necessary
The output of the Impact Assessment Process is a simple Red, Amber, Green coded action plan backed by a detailed analysis for both your senior management and data management specialists.
